Requirements:
- Physician Assistant
- Bachelor's Degree from a Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) certified Physician Assistant program;
- or graduate from 12 month CAHEA PA program and a BS in health care occupation;
- or graduate from 12 month CAHEA PA program with a five (5) year period of progressively responsible healthcare experience such as independent duty medical corpsman, licensed practical nurse, registered nurse, medical technologist or medical technician
- Certification by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Nurse Practitioner
- MSN from a National League for Nursing (NLN) accredited nursing program and have an American Nurses Association (ANA) certification as a Nurse Practitioner in either adult health or family practice

will serve as a Voice Telecommunications Manager applying experience and

Management and Operations group supports the Secure Flight Operations Center,
which serves as the point of contact to the aircraft operations community.
Typical assignments will include:

- Identifying and establishing requirements and priorities for current and future telecommunications electronics programs, projects, and equipment.

We are currently expanding our Vital Missions Group and
seeking a highly motivated Administrative / Budget Officer to help support our
efforts in the Global War on Terrorism in Afghanistan.
The incumbent for this position performs accounting,
budgeting and all other financial management relevant duties for appropriated
funds that support the program.
Compile and compute data according to statistical formulas
for use in statistical studies. Compile charts and graphs for use by actuaries.
Interpret contract language to ensure compliance of third party payers,
investigate/research discrepancies; interpret the result; reconcile and/or
recommend action.
Specific Duties:
- Maintains records and control of property owned by company, vendors, contractors, and government agencies.
- Maintain, monitor, reconcile, and prepare of official accounting records to include general ledger control
- Conduct financial systems analysis and any oversight duties typically performed by related cost accounting organizations.
- Compile of financial data and estimates for budget formulation;
- Analyze basic variances between the budget plan and actual budget execution and any related budget analysis and oversight duties typically performed by budget organizations.
- Prepare financial progress reports and statistics, and any other related financial management duties supporting command analysis and review functions to identify instances of fraud, waste and abuse of resources.
- Understand all financial management related system interfaces and associated computer applications.
- Receive, review, prepare and compute travel vouchers and process pay documents.
- Review contracts, invoices and receiving reports and prepare payment vouchers in accordance with various government regulations.
- Establish and maintain payment accounts
- Certify the accuracy of accounting, budget, travel, pay, disbursing and vendor pay document and perform internal control inspections in compliance with various government regulations.
- Provide technical and operational advice to the Deputy Program Manager on all matters relating to financial management.
- Inspect all functions and activities of financial management within their unit and area of responsibility
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
- Former Military Financial Management technician preferred
