Job Summary:
Provides Subject Matter Expertise for the automated and manual testing of various
Tactical Data Link (TDL) processing systems. This is performed for the purpose of
requirements analysis, Integration Testing, Verification and Validation (V&V), and
system certifications. This position requires the employee to support all aspects
of system level architecture definition, test planning, test execution, and test
results/data analysis. This position will be the system technical expert that will
develop new methodologies and procedures for enhancing the integrated software test

Essential Functions:
* Independently develops complex TDL test architectures to permit the accurate and
detailed assessment of system, functional, and performance requirements.
* Generates required reports which include test status, defect, and final test reports.
These reports fully describe and report on the results of an executed event.
* Utilizes UNIX scripts, Microsoft Office tools, specialty applications and programs
to support requirement evaluations and testing (e.g. Vi, MS Project).
* Performs setup and operation of required Tactical Data Link (TDL) equipment and
support test systems without direct supervision or guidance.
* Establishes the test architecture necessary to verify TDL test programs.
* Implements complex system problem isolation/detection and resolution techniques
during test events which are demonstrative of logical, deductive reasoning ability
to identify defects and their sources using independent discretion and reasoning.
* Provides training/education and limited project supervision of various levels
of experience.
* Independently performs research, analysis and development of test cases based
on Military Standard defined TDL's (e.g. MIL-STD 6016 and MIL-STD-3011).
* Develops and configures Ethernet based networking architectures used for advanced
TDL test simulations and events.
Minimum Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering/computer science, or other
relevant technical degree.

This position will work directly with the Maritime Command and Control (PMW 150)
Program Office, serve as a Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M),

Borrego Solar Systems, Inc seeks a Director of Operations to join our growing team
in Oakland, CA.
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and direct the day to day operations
of the project management team.
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and direct the successful
implementation of commercial and utility scale solar projects, including all aspects
of cost, schedule and quality.

Desired Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project/ Construction Management of commercial
electrical or energy/power systems.
* Electrical experience required, renewable experience preferred.
* BS or BA in construction management or closely related field.
* At least 5 years experience supervising and managing engineering or construction
teams larger than 5 individuals.
* The successful candidate must have strong organization skills, be an effective
communicator (oral and written) and have a solid understanding of project delivery
and management systems.
* Knowledgeable in all MS applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
* Planning and Time Management skills.
Position Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Lead the operations department in executing a strategic plan, as it relates to
construction, by establishing priorities and determining resource allocation for
efficient and effective delivery of all construction projects
* Plans, organizes, directs, and manages all project activities of the Project Management
and Construction Management teams.
* Work with senior leadership to develop long term strategic plans for the organization
around growth and development.
* Monitor costs & profitability of construction projects and recommend corrective
action to prevent profit margin dilution.
* Insuring the operational excellence of the company's rapid expansion into new
and existing solar markets nationwide.
* Assist sales team in bid analysis and formulation including constructability,
scheduling and cost review.
* Direct, mentor and lead project managers responsible for successful completion
of multiple projects.
* Oversee and direct a highly skilled field construction management team.
* Responsible for effectively planning and staffing teams appropriately.
* Assist the team in contract review and negotiation; at both the client level and
subcontractor level.
* Analyze, forecast and report to senior leadership on project status, project revenue
and project driven profit.
