Provide change management strategies/plan and
supporting strategic communications plans with a focus on promoting the
client's work and value to the mission of integrating core competencies into

GTAW and SMAW butt weld and socket weld processes on the following materials in
the shop (on table) as well as onboard (in position): Copper nickel, stainless
steel, carbon steel and aluminum. Familiarity and compliance with NAVSEA
Mil.Std. 22- D, tech manuals 248 and 278 in order to maintain customers’
quality standards. Ability to mirror weld and weld in positions with minimal
clearance.

Able to run conventional lathes, mills, Vertical Turret
Lathes (VTL's), Horizontal Boring Machines (HBM's), grinders, as well as
programmable machines. Must have either 5 years shipyard experience or equal in

prints, manufacturing parts from drawings and samples. Tolerances within
